Safarp - fast and straightforward utilitarian interface, the 'list' view option will typically display all your installed applications in one fully visible window (means it's easy to locate the application you want to uninstall), there's even an option to omit from the display that growing list of Windows Hotfix uninstallers, you can also create a desktop icon for fast access and/or select to create an icon in the Control Panel.
System Mechanic 7 (Free Trial)
- the System Mechanic Suite contains a problem solving uninstaller. Comes in fantastically handy for tough program uninstalls, those few programs that don't respond to the native uninstaller, thus leaving you hung-up unable to standardly remove. You can manually specify the program to uninstall by its main executable or program file, System Mechanic will hunt down all the files, folders, shortcuts, registry and system configuration entries associated with the program, give you a full report on what it found with options for removal. Go to the 'Free Up Drive Space' section, the 'Remove Installed Programs', go to the 'Uninstall Program Not Listed' section.
RegSupreme Pro (Free Trial) - this program is particularly adept at picking up leftover registry entries from uninstalled software and so we include it here in the uninstaller section. You can go to the 'Installed Software' tab and select the obvious candidates for removal or you can select the 'Registry Cleaner' tab and run a scan, this will pick up leftover registry items as well.

Advanced Uninstaller Pro (Free Trial) - suite of utilities, the Uninstaller module is worth the price of the suite and can in fact be separated out as its own stand-alone utility with it's own desktop icon for fast access. It's fast, and does multiple uninstalls one right after the other, a real time saver if you do alot of uninstalls.
Windows Installer CleanUp Utility - from Microsoft, for cleanup of problematic installations/uninstalls with Windows Installer. Also, after you uninstall software, the Windows Installer configuration information can be left behind on your system, with this utility you can remove the entries associated with old software. Nice free Microsoft utility to add to your cleanup arsenal.
