Screensavers

Screensavers are fun and aesthetic. They have also garnered a reputation as notorious purveyors of adware and spyware - it's not unusual for a computer user to suddenly notice an increase in popup advertisements after installing free screensavers. If you already have a popup / adware / spyware problem, not to worry, just visit the spyware section.

To the best of our knowledge the screensavers we list below are adware and spyware free. As a general rule, when installing screensavers, it's a good idea to pay close attention to the installation dialog boxes, screensavers often come bundled with toolbars or other small programs that you may not want.

Matrix Screensaver - to get yours direct from Warner Bros. Click to enter, at the top of the page double click on 'Search' (very small box at the top of the page), type 'Screensaver' in the search box that comes up and you'll get the 'original code' download
